This is a hand forged and etched bud vase made from pure copper. We forge the shape and texture the metal using several different hammers and other tools. The etching design is hand drawn onto the metal then etched using an electoral current. This vase has a red color applied to the etching and them removed in areas to enhance the subtle details. We then hand polish the copper to a high shine. The copper has been waxed to protect the finish from water. This one is heavy for it’s size. One of a kind. Signed.
