This bud vase is solid copper and made entirely by hand. The shape is formed by hand using metalsmithing tools and techniques. The surface design is drawn on to the metal by hand then etched using electrical current. The bronze patina is applied in several layers then it is waxed and buffed to enhance the etching. One of a kind.
