This is a hand forged and etched copper vase. We shape and form the metal using different hammers and other tools. The surface designs are drawn onto the metal by hand then etched using an electrical current. We apply the patina in several layers then remove it in areas to enhance the subtle details. We then wax the surface to protect the patina from water. One of a kind. Signed.
