Shipping Information
We offer complimentary shipping to addresses in the continental US. Contact us if you would like to purchase something to be shipped to an address outside the continental US: hesselstudios@gmail.com
We ship orders as soon as we can. Depending on what you ordered, it can take us 1 to 3 weeks to make your items. Please let us know if you need a specific time frame. We will try our best to accommodate you. Hessel Studios is not responsible for any delays or losses by the delivery company.
In the case an order gets lost during the delivery, Hessel Studios will resend the item/s or issue a full refund after we receive verification from the shipping company. We cannot reproduce any lost item/s that are one-of-a-kind.
Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order, for any reason, up to the point the order goes to the shipping company. If you do cancel within this time, we will issue a refund in full within 14 days of the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Our products are all handmade by us with care and attention.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for the return of your item. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.
If your return is approved, Hessel Studios will refund the value of the item/s or exchange it for you.
You need to retain the proof of the return postage. In case of loss of the parcel with the item/s you are returning to Hessel Studios, no reimbursement will be possible without this proof.
